Recently, CSCEC successfully completed and delivered the Phase I of the Central Asia Holtas Industrial Park in Almalyk, Tashkent Region, Uzbekistan.

Launched in 2024, the industrial park is a collaborative project launched in 2024. The Phase I covers an initial development area of 13 hectares and includes the planning, design, and construction of factory buildings, office spaces, an exhibition and display center, and logistics warehouses. Once completed, the park aims to serve as a comprehensive industrial hub that integrates production, research and development, exhibition, and services.

The project team adopted advanced construction technologies. Notably, it introduced polyurethane edge-sealed sandwich wall panels for the first time in Uzbekistan&/en/xwzx/xw/202509/39;s industrial construction sector. These panels offer excellent thermal insulation while significantly reducing construction time—demonstrating the company&/en/xwzx/xw/202509/39;s advanced building capabilities.
