Located in the capital city Bamako and covering a building area of 11,811 square meters, the project is widely praised by local governor and residents as a venue for large-scale political and cultural activities in Mali. It has became one of the landmark buildings in Bamako. The project was built in 1995 with the aid of China. While the original architectural style was maintained, the conference building, administrative office building, transformer and power distribution room, outdoor pipeline and road square were completely repaired, and the air-conditioning system, conference system and security system were upgraded.The project was successfully completed in November 2019, and the quality was recognized as "excellent"  both by China and the local government.The renovated international conference center in Mali  has been highly praised by people from all walks of life in Mali and has produced good political and social benefits.
